Each consigned item (or lot) shall be listed individually on a 3” x 5” index card with the following information

• Seller number in the upper right-hand corner. Your seller number will be given to you at time of consignment drop-off and shall be used for all auctions you consign items to.
• Detailed description: What is it, dimensions, color, type of material, age, brand, how many, is it in good working order or not, and what condition is it in.  (SEE SAMPLE CARD)
• Leave approximately 1” at upper left corner of 3” x 5” index card for Saginaw Online Auctions use.
• Please write as legible as possible. Saginaw Online Auction will have to copy your description onto auction site.

Be as descriptive as you can with your item, so Bidders will have an excellent idea as to what they are bidding on. 

Each Seller/Consignor will need to fill out a Saginaw Online Auction contract that will have your Name, Address, telephone number and Email address (if available).  This information will also be used email settlement of sold items to Seller to review prior to Saginaw Online Auction sending payments.

Seller/Consignor be sure the information on contract (name and address) is correct.  This information will also be used to send payment to.

All payments will be mailed approximately fourteen (14) days from closing date of auction.

Seller will also list and give brief description of each item (or lot) on contract in space provided.  Description does not have to be as detailed as the description on the 3” x 5” index card.

Saginaw Online Auction Seller/Consignor commission rates are as follows and based on each individual item listed:

• Up to $499.00 = 20%
• $500.00 to $999.99 = 10%
• $1,000.00 and Up = 5%

Each item (or lot) will have a $2.00 Listing Fee with Commission Rates listed above. Please group your items accordingly.

Bidding on all items starts at $2.00.  We do not re-list unsold items for the Seller.  If an item does not sell, Seller will have three (3) days to pick-up your item or it will be claimed by Saginaw Online Auction.

Seller may choose to sell a higher end item with “Seller’s Reserve” with confirmation.  If you choose to do this, please put your reserve price at the lowest price possible.  If your reserve item does not sell there will be a $5.00 fee for any item up to $99.99 and a $10.00 fee for anything over $100.00.  Seller is responsible for picking up item within three (3) days if item does not sell.

Seller reserve amount will need to be listed on items 3” x 5” index card along with a contact number.

Saginaw Online Auction will sell almost anything to include:  Advertising Items, Antiques, Appliances, Books, Collectibles, Clothing, Coins, Electronics, Furniture, Glassware, Holiday Items, Jewelry, Kitchen items, Lawn and Garden, Office items, Pet Items, Pictures, Sewing and Craft, Sports Equipment, Sports Memorabilia, Tools, Toys and Vehicles.  Items such as vehicles, watercraft and larger items may be sold off location, ask us if this might be for you.

Items we may not or do not accept:

Illegal Items:

• Any illegal weapons, tobacco and alcohol products.
• Any Counterfeited goods such as autographed memorabilia, jewelry or copied name brand item to include CD’s and DVD’s.

Other Items:

• Used Batteries.
• Baby car seats.
• Used mattresses or used unclean bedding.
• Appliances that are in non-working order.
• Outdated TV’s, printers, faxes, computers and monitors.
• Pornographic or obscene material.
• Old tires without any tread not mounted on rims.
• Migratory or any endangered species taxidermy mount.
• No Hazardous material on any container marked with hazardous symbol.
• No expired or used fire extinguishers. (Only Vintage)
• Old paint.
• No regulated Medical Equipment or needles of any sort.

Saginaw Online Auction has the right to refuse any item not seen fit for Auction.
